Great guitarist of all time, Eric Clapton possesses a great passion towards the Ferrari as much as he shares towards his music.  So to pay tribute to the dedication of the Hall of Famer, Ferrari engineers has built a car for Eric, whose images and videos are running through the internet since March 2012  and finally it is officially confirmed by Ferrari.

The world famous musician Eric Clapton is huge Ferrari fan and especially of particular model that is the Ferrari 512 BB as he owns three of them. The new model is designed by Ferrari style centre in collaboration with Pininfarina. Eric wanted to bring a modern touch of a Ferrari 458 to the 512 BB which is perfectly done by the Ferrari engineers. Christened as Ferrari SP 12 EC where SP stands for Special Program, 12 for 512 BB and EC for Eric Clapton the car is powered by the same engine as the Ferrari 458. This one off a car is a stunning piece of art and will be featuring in the latest edition of the Ferrari Magazine.
