With working pressure and office load increasing, a Napping capsule providing a 10 min relaxing sleep at office is the only thing somebody would ask for. Furniture Company Haworth has partnered with designer Marie-Virginie Berbet to create an office Pod that will provide that relaxing sleep to you.

Called CalmSpace, this stand alone ‘plug & play’ power nap capsule was presented at the Orgatec trade fair 2012. Equipped with single upholstered mattress, a user can program the time period of his nap ranging between 10 to 20 minutes.

To provide the user a quick power sleep, the Pod plays preset light effects and sounds helping the person to fall asleep a lot easier and wake up too smoothly.

According to the design team, a midday power nap reduces lots of stress, increases mental ability and decreases the risk of heart disease. Therefore, the CalmSpace Office Pod will not only re-energize you at work but also will keep good care of your mental health.
