Looking forward to buy a new SLR? Here’s one that you can buy for just $35 along with the fun of building it yourself. Commercial trademark of Lomographische AG, Lomography has introduced the Konstruktor which is the world’s first DIY 35mm SLR camera.

The Konstruktor DIY Kit comes in a cardboard box which contains all the necessary pieces and step-by-step instructions to build the Camera. According to Lomography it will take around 1-2 hours to construct the SLR.

The fully functional DIY 35mm SLR camera measures 121 × 33 × 65mm and is equipped with a detachable 50mm f/10 Lens, a top-down viewfinder, a shutter speed of 1/80s with multiple exposures, a tripod thread and ‘N’ and ‘B’ modes for regular and long exposures.
