We have featured some very cool and hi-tech iPad docking stations such as STRUT’s LaunchPort iPad charging system and the TonSchrein iPad speaker dock here. However, today we are bringing you a vintage looking iPad dock which adds a modern twist to a classic design. Oslo-based Lego loving designers Jason Kinsella and Charlotte Bakken have created the Lego model of the iconic 1984 Apple Macintosh computer.
Dubbed ‘The Full Circle’, the 1984 Macintosh Lego model is a to-scale replica of the classic machine. Made from more than 1,400 Lego blocks, the classic replica comes with few adjustments to the original design making it a cool iPad dock. You just have to slide your iPad into the machine from the side and sit back to enjoy your favorite movies and videos.
If you liked this Lego replica of the classic 1984 Macintosh with an iPad dock, you might also like the Lego replica of the original Macintosh by artist Chris McVeigh.
