Now while browsing for advanced high-quality earphones, audio buffs can even take Tesla tech into consideration. As renowned high-end audio specialists Astell & Kern has created the AK Ti8e in-ear headphones featuring Beyerdynamic’s Tesla technology. The audiophile brand will debut the world’s first Tesla tech earphones at IFA 2015.
Handmade by German company Beyerdynamic, each pair of Tesla tech earphones incorporates a special driver design with a powerful ring magnet, which is 16 times smaller than what has been used previously in earphones. This single magnetic driver can reproduce deep bass and high treble audible frequencies to provide superior sound quality.
AK Ti8e earphones are designed to offer high performance to a four-way Balanced Armature system for audiophiles who are very particular about accuracy in their latest in-ear device. Due to such advanced technology, there are no crossover filters in play so phasing effect will be completely eliminated.
These high-end earphones are optimized for all A&K audio players, moreover they sport special 2.5 mm four-pin connection cable to be used with company’s high-resolution music devices. Besides the first ever Tesla technology in earphones, you’ll also get a leather carry case, detachable Kevlar-reinforced cables and eight different ear-tips (including five silicone ear-tips and four Comfy foam tips).
But such portable high-tech in-ear headphones won’t come cheap, as you need to spend hefty £700 (approx. US $ 1,233) to buy it. These earphones will be available to purchase in UK from October, but before that you can catch these at IFA 2015 in Berlin.
