While some people like to have their tequila neat, there are others who like tequila shots. But if you like yours with a luxurious kick, then pour it from the handmade crystal decanter. After creating artistic perfume bottles, masters of French crystal Lalique has collaborated with Patrón, Mexican premier tequila distiller, to introduce limited edition delicate decanter called Patrón en Lalique: Serie 1.
The luxury crystal decanter is creatively crafted by Lalique artisans to present finest and oldest blend of Patrón tequila to classy consumers. It is purposely made from see-through and frosted crystal, allowing you to have a glimpse at amber color of tequila inside the bottle.
The purest quality of the spirit comes straight from Patrón’s barrel aging room at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. Master artisans behind this opulent creation were influence by Mexico’s Weber Blue Agave plant and adorned the decanter with amber crystal bottle stopper, which represents the heart of the agave, the piña.
The superior quality añejo tequila has been aged for at least four years along with the combination of new American oak and used French oak barrels. Blend of all these ingredients form a well-balanced taste and complex notes of sweet caramel, honey, vanilla, dried fruits and nuts.
As it’s a special edition decanter, only 500 luxury bottles will be available worldwide with a hefty price tag for $7,500. Each bottle is hand-polished for some extra finishing and comes in handmade leather display case that’s embellished with gemstone detail. The whole package will also include a leather-covered book and video demonstrating collaboration of the two renowned brands. So, now enjoy your luxury tequila in full spirit and style with this unique carafe.
