Audi, German automobile manufacturer has teamed up with California-based Eyewear & Shoemaker brand TOMS to design a limited edition set of luxury sunglasses. Available during the “Season of Audi”, customers will receive a pair of exclusively designed TOMS TRAVELER sunglasses on purchase or lease of a new or certified pre-owned Audi vehicle. The sales event has already started from November 4, 2015 and will run until January 8, 2016.
Crafted in a matte grey finish, the limited edition eyewear will be offered in two styles: Dalston and Florentin. The sunglasses come with Audi rings logo on the left temple arm along with trendy red and white detailing on both the arms. The shades will come in a protective fabric case to keep them safe when not in use and will be offered in a specially designed “Give Sight” box. However, the limited edition Audi sunglasses by TOMS will be available only until the supplies last.
Falling under the One for One project, TOMS will help restore sight of a person in need for every given pair of Audi x TOMS TRAVELER sunglasses. Through this partnership, Audi and TOMS will help restore sight to 50,000 individuals through medical treatment, sight-saving surgery or prescription glasses around the globe.
This is the second collaboration between the two brands that besides promotion also supported social cause. During Summer of Audi sales event too, they both teamed up to give out limited edition pair of shoes on purchase of an Audi vehicle.
