To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service, Airstream, Ohio-based manufacturer of luxury RVs has unveiled 100 all-new, limited edition travel trailers. The all new mobile home model was introduced during a private event at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market in Salt Lake City on Thursday. Airstream collaborated with Pendleton Woolen Mills, Portland-based textile manufacturing company to create the Limited Edition 2016 Pendleton National Park Foundation Airstream Travel Trailer.
Paying tribute to national parks, the all new travel trailer perfectly illustrates the mutual love of both the American brands for outdoors and adventures. Thus, to offer adventurers with an amazing outdoor experience, the 28-foot trailer comes with some cool features. This limited edition RV can sleep up to six people comfortably including a queen size bed. The bedding and Woolen blankets from Pendleton makes sure to provide ultra comfort to the occupants. Besides that, the rustic-style décor and lodge-like aesthetics makes the Airstream Travel Trailer a unique one. Also, each Airstream trailer will come equipped with a rear sport hatch for easy loading/unloading of bikes or kayaks.
The Limited Edition 2016 Pendleton National Park Foundation Airstream Travel Trailer comes with a price tag of $114,600 and is limited to 100 units only. Available at dealers nationwide, Airstream will donate $1,000 to the National Park Foundation on every single sale of the travel trailer.
