Lian Li, Taiwanese computer case and accessories manufacturer has unveiled their latest PC case and it is designed to look like a superyacht. Known to build unconventional PC cases, Lian Li introduced the yacht-themed chassis at CES 2016 in Las Vegas. Dubbed PC-Y6, the PC case carries on the legacy of company’s PC-CK101 Train themed case which was launched back in 2012. The 2016 yacht themed aluminum chassis is a limited edition of 500 units and will be available in silver and white color options.
Measuring (W) 764mm x (H) 293mm x (D) 259mm, the PC-Y6 Odessey weighs 4.9kg and has enough space for a mini-ITX motherboard. Besides that, there is room for two 3.5-inch hard drives, two 2.5-inch drives and 60mm high CPU coolers. Also, the case supports two 12-inch GPUs which are being connected to the motherboard through a PCI-e riser. The PC-Y6 Odessey yacht-themed case comes with a LED RGB color changing kit which including waterproof LED strip, cord clip, dimmer and controller.
Along with PC-Y6 Yacht themed case, Lian Li also introduced DK-04, a height-adjustable standing desk that also doubles as a PC case. Lian’s DK-04 standing PC desk offers a much sophisticated design and boasts enough room to accommodate 320mm graphics cards and CPU coolers up to 4.72-inch tall as well.
The PC-Y6 Yacht themed case and DK-04 standing PC desk from Lian Li will be available for purchase this year but there is no word on the pricing and release date yet.
