Combining minimalism and luxury, German designer Nils Holger Moormann has redesigned a mousy Volkswagen T6 transporter van into a comfortable, stripped down mobile home. This minimalist home is outfitted with natural and high quality materials, providing you a comfy place to stay on-the-go. If you think the exterior looks too ordinary, wait till you step inside.
Created in collaboration with the German transit company Custom Bus, interior encapsulates ceilings and floors with real oak wood, while the cabinetry is made from black nanotech laminate with a silk-matt surface. Together the combination of wood and high-end laminate gives warm and stylish appearance.
The modified Volkswagen T6 stripped down to its basic elements offers a luxury stay. This mobile home includes a kitchenette, a foldout sofa-bed, and ample storage space for wardrobe, books, and other personal belongings. Small kitchen module is equipped with a sink, gas hob with two burners, counter space, and a 65-liter compressor fridge with a freezer to help keep all your perishables and drinks cold.
Right next to the kitchen space, there lies a sofa-bed that’s upholstered in merino wool. It can easily be converted into a cozy bed for two. This mobile home on wheels also incorporates two folding tables, which are stowed magnetically during driving.
Volkswagen T6 camper is likely to give you complete freedom to work or enjoy a comfortable stay at any desired location. Although there are numerous campers available on the market, but such beautiful blend of simplicity and luxury is rare. You can purchase Moormann Campus bus from Custom Bus.
