If you don’t have whopping $175,000 to purchase the real Porsche 911 GT3 RS, don’t be disheartened – you can still get your hands on the its toy version by Lego Technic. In collaboration with Porsche AG, team of Lego has created a stunning Porsche 911 GT3 RS model that consists of exactly 2,704 Lego pieces. The replica comes in bright orange color and boasts realistic sleek aerodynamic lines, along with an adjustable spoiler.
Measuring 57 cm long, 25 cm wide and 17 cm high, the 1:8 scale model has working doors. On opening the doors, you can get clear view of the interior that includes a detailed dashboard and a cockpit. Moreover, its opening hood includes a suitcase and a rear lid that further opens up to a flat-six engine with moving pistons.
That’s not enough, the Lego replica also features red suspension rims, as well as original-design rims along with RS emblems. The toy-car even comes with few fun elements such as a full set of authentic stickers, and a collector’s book that includes all the exclusive details and information about the original Porsche car. This will help you to customize and design your Lego replica as you like.
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS Lego set will be available in stores throughout Germany and Austria from June 1, 2016. But other countries have to wait a little more till August 1, 2016. The 1:8 scale Lego model will also come with an instruction leaflet on how to assemble the complete set.
