Kobra e-scooter with 20-inch front wheel can go 100km on a single charge

Meet Kobra e-scooter, an exclusively designed electric kick scooter that is ideal for city roads and hilly terrains as well. The body of the scooter is inspired by the frames of the motorcycles. Moreover, it comes with a tubular SAE 304 stainless steel frame that offers flexibility and high resistance.

In addition to the tubular structure, big wheels and a combination of a double disc brake and an electronic brake offers extra safety and stability. The anti-lock system provides control and stability during emergency braking as well. Also, the Kobra e-scooter comes with adaptive cruise control that maintains the set speed constant. Besides that, it features an Automatic Regen system that allows the battery to regenerate its charge while riding through the electronic brake.

The Kobra e-scooter will be offered in two variants: light Smart model for urban areas and a heavy duty Climber model. Both these versions will come with a 20-inch front and a 16-inch rear wheel. The sporty Climber model comes with a high torque engine that offers 500W of power. On the other hand, the Smart model sports a light engine that delivers 350W of power. These both come with a frame-mounted lithium battery that gives a range of around 100km on a single charge. The e-scooter can touch a top speed of 25 km/h. With a more powerful engine, the Climber variant can handle slopes of 35% whereas the Smart model can tackle a maximum slope of 22%. Furthermore, the e-scooter also comes with front and rear lights.

The Kobra electric kick scooter is currently raising funds on Indiegogo. If the crowdfunding campaign reaches its funding goal, the e-scooter will become available in April 2021. The Smart model will be priced at €2,890 whereas the Climber will cost you €3,310.
